Yes we can. Every now and then we send our customers reference forms asking them to comment on Country Cleaners as a whole. We also sometimes post these on the website if the customer has given permission, you can find these on the customer comments page! References are also available to view when we first visit you.

HOW DO I GO ABOUT BOOKING YOUR SERVICES?
The are 2 ways to book our services. You can either contact us using one of the methods on our contact page or complete the online booking form. What generally happens after we are contacted by you is we will arrange to come and visit you to discuss your requirements and provide you with a quote. However if you require our services on the same or next day then this is not a problem just let us know!

WHY CAN'T YOU GIVE A MORE DETAILED PRICE LIST ON THE WEBSITE?
Basically the price we charge is dependable on a number of factors such as the size of the property, how many dogs need walked, size of garden, amount of ironing to be done ect. This is why we can only give the basic price list on the website. If you contact us I can assure you we will give you a very competitive and affordable quote.

WILL THE PRICE CHANGE HALFWAY THROUGH THE SERVICE?
The simple answer to this is no! A price will be agreed before the service commences. The only time the price may change after a quote is if the service is a long term agreement and we have to raise or lower our prices in line with the market, if this is the case you will be notified beforehand and given the option to stop our services.

WHAT IF I AM ELDERLY AND WORRIED ABOUT STRANGERS AT MY DOOR?
Country Cleaners take security very seriously, especially with our elderly clients. All of our staff carry Identification at all times so please do not be afraid to ask a member of staff for identification whenever they visit you to carry out a service. All our staff are totally 100% understanding and will show you identification on demand. As an extra caution any visits and visit times will also have been prearranged with us and the client.

HOW DO I PAY FOR THE SERVICES?
Payment can be made by cash or postal order. Payment is usually expected after service is finished however this must be no longer than a week. Monthly payments are subject to acceptance if you would rather pay monthly please discuss this with us.
Please note as from 1st February 2009 we will no longer be accepting cheques as a payment method for all our domestic services.

WHAT HOURS DO YOU PROVIDE YOUR SERVICES?
We work our services between the hours of 6am until 10pm, seven days a week!

WHAT IF THE SERVICE TAKES LESS THAN AN HOUR?
If the service you require takes less than an hour there is still the minimum payment of an hours service, for example if you require our domestic cleaning for only half an hour a day the price will be £10 per day.

Usually payment is required at the end of that days service however for regular agreements payment can be made weekly. We do accept monthly payment however this is subject to status, if you require to pay monthly please discuss this with us when you contact us.

IS COUNTRY CLEANERS AN AGENCY?
Country Cleaners is not and never will be an agency. We are a family business with all our staff either family members or friends who can be trusted completely. Anyone who works for Country Cleaners has known Andrew & Lorna for a long time therefore can be trusted to be reliable and trustworthy when carrying out any services for Country Cleaners!

I WOULD LIKE A REGULAR CLEANER BUT IT SEEMS EXPENSIVE?
Well this is where Country Cleaners are different to any of our competitors. Where our competitors will quote you 5 hours per week we will most likely quote a lot less than that. A lot of clients we go to are a little hesitant because they usually have already received a quote from another cleaning company which is exaggerated. At Country Cleaners we provide you with an honest and trustworthy quote, if we think what you require will take 1 or 2 hours per week then we wont exaggerate that just to squeeze in more hours. Usually 1 or 2 hours per week for a regular domestic clean is all that is needed. Think about it, for £10 or £20 per week you could have your home looking like new and giving more relaxation time for you and your family. Do you still think its too expensive? We are aiming to provide our services to a wide range of clients so we realise your needs and aim to help in any way we can.

I AM WORRIED ABOUT INVASION OF PRIVACY?
Simple answer here is DON'T BE! Country Cleaners understands our clients needs for privacy. Our staff will follow your instructions to the letter, if you do-not require us to enter certain areas of your home then we can assure you this will not happen. We are a family run business and we appreciate our own privacy so please be assured your privacy will be respected at all times.

I HAVE FOUND A CLEANER THAT CHARGES A LOWER RATE THAN YOU?
Never has the saying "what you pay for is what you get" been so true. We have gained customers from other companies who were charging less than £10 per hour but taking double or even sometimes triple the time to complete the duties, even then the service has not been up to standard. We feel we offer an excellent service at a reasonable price, if you are still not convinced why not receive a quote from us and then compare Country Cleaners to your current cleaner, we are confident you will be surprised. As stated throughout the website we are an honest and reliable company and we aim to succeed in this business, to succeed we realise customer satisfaction is a priority.
