At the moment we cover most of South Lanarkshire as well as some of Dumfriesshire and Ayrshire. To find out if we cover your area please contact us. We are based in the Village of Glespin, South Lanarkshire, Scotland. Please note there is an extra charge of 50p per mile for services outside a 15 mile radius of Glespin. WHY CAN'T YOU GIVE A MORE DETAILED PRICE LIST ON THE WEBSITE?
Basically the price we charge is dependable on a number of factors such as the size of the property, how many dogs need walked, size of garden, amount of ironing to be done ect. This is why we can only give the basic price list on the website. If you contact us I can assure you we will give you a very competitive and affordable quote.

WILL THE PRICE CHANGE HALFWAY THROUGH THE SERVICE?
The simple answer to this is no! A price will be agreed before the service commences. The only time the price may change after a quote is if the service is a long term agreement and we have to raise or lower our prices in line with the market, if this is the case you will be notified beforehand and given the option to stop our services.

WHAT IF I AM ELDERLY AND WORRIED ABOUT STRANGERS AT MY DOOR?
Country Cleaners take security very seriously, especially with our elderly clients. All of our staff carry Identification at all times so please do not be afraid to ask a member of staff for identification whenever they visit you to carry out a service. All our staff are totally 100% understanding and will show you identification on demand. As an extra caution any visits and visit times will also have been prearranged with us and the client.

HOW DO I PAY FOR THE SERVICES?
Country Cleaners accept debit/credit card online payment, cheques, postal orders and cash. For long term arrangements we offer the option of setting up a standing order just let us know if you require this! Please note, any cheques or postal orders must be made out to a Mr A. Hanlan.

WHAT HOURS DO YOU PROVIDE YOUR SERVICES?
We work our services between the hours of 6am until 10pm, seven days a week!

WHAT IF THE SERVICE TAKES LESS THAN AN HOUR?
If the service you require takes less than an hour there is still the minimum payment of an hours service, for example if you require our domestic cleaning for only half an hour a day the price will be £10 per day within the 15 mile radius with an extra 50p per mile outside the 15 mile radius.

If you require our services one time only then payment will be required at the end of the service being carried out. If you require a longer term agreement then payment can be made daily, weekly, fortnightly or monthly.

WHY DO YOU CHARGE THE EXTRA 50P PER MILE OVER THE 15 MILE RADIUS?
In order for us to provide our services to a wider area we have to make sure we cover our travelling costs. We feel our unique 15 mile radius system is a fair and affordable way of making our first class cleaning service available to customers who would otherwise find it difficult to arrange a reliable and trustworthy service in they're own local area. As an ambitious company growth and expansion is something Country Cleaners have as a priority while still providing an excellent and friendly service. We feel customers looking for affordable and reliable services will find it a small price to pay to receive that service.

Country Cleaners is not and never will be an agency. We are a family business with all our staff either family members or friends who can be trusted completely.
